Everything starts with the "Me" icon on the bottom right of the app interface. This is your hub for tracking orders and accessing help.

If you are contacting them for a return, remember that items must generally be in their original packaging with tags attached. You can find full details on the Returns & Refunds Policy page .

Log into your account, go to the "Me" section (app) or the top right headset icon (desktop), and tap on "Support" or "Customer Service."
