Use heavyweight cardstock for the card base. Cut a circle out of the front panel to serve as the globe's window.
Use half of a clear plastic ornament as your dome. Glue a paper-cut scene or a small photograph inside the dome, add fake snow, and then adhere the entire dome to the front of your framed paper.
Choose a meaningful quote or festive greeting and print it onto cardstock to fit an 8x10 frame.
