Click the three dots (...) under GTA V in your Library > Manage > Verify .

Are you trying to remove a sound resource or a personal sound pack you installed locally?

If you kept a backup of your original x64/audio/sfx folder before installing the pack, navigate to your GTA V installation directory (e.g., Program Files/Epic Games/GTA/x64/audio/sfx ) and drag your backup files into that folder, selecting Replace all files .

Most FiveM sound packs are installed by replacing files in the main GTA V directory rather than the FiveM application data folder. FiveM draws its base audio assets from the local GTA V installation, so cleaning the FiveM cache will not remove a sound pack.
